Great Product.. It really works...

Strengths: Vista Compatibility, Security, Good User Interface, Decent Speed

Weakness: Connection gets lost when transferring heavy files. I am not sure whether its because of the internet connection at the remote, Secondly Annual subscription, because I love this software.

I bought a new laptop for my dad and I had a hard time in teaching him to use Vista. Then I saw this amazing software sold by Dell for good deal. I was very skeptical in the begining about this software purchase, but after using the software, I love this. I was able to teach my dad using Vista effectively by connecting his laptop remotely from my residence. Oh boy, I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good PC remote access software. This is highly compatible with Vista, no crashes, no hanging. Highly secure and speed is pretty decent. I comapre this software like a USB cable which connnects your PC to a external hard drive.
