New Hard Drive for Old iPod
Strengths: Works in 4th generation B&W iPod (with the thicker case)

Bought this drive to replace the dead 40GB hard drive from my 4th generation B&W iPod. Once I cracked open the iPod all I had to do was remove the old drive, move the rubber gasket to the new 60GB drive, install it, and put the iPod back together. After doing a restore from iTunes I had a working 60GB iPod. No compatibility issues at all. Since my iPod already had the thicker case I didn't have any clearance issues either.
Now I get to rock out with my 5yr old iPod again and I'm lovin' it
