Great camcoder, not so good camera

Strengths: Great video recording, 24Mbps video recording is great. Simple to use and easy to get videos transfered to the PC. Has built in video and flash light. Lightweight and compact.

Weakness: Camera 8MP is great but not for low light.

8MP camera is great on outdoors during the day and indoors with lighting. Once it starts getting dark the camera has a hard time focusing, in sundown the view from the camera is pretty bad, the screen shows a dark picture when u can see the scene properly, so it makes it harder to take pitcures.

Otherwise the VIDEO camcorder function is awesome.
