DON't BUY Epson 810
Strengths: prints front and back quickly
Weakness: Printing just in black IS VERY EXPENSIVE: READ COMMENT....
DO NOT BUY: Even when you just set the 810 to print in black, EPSON claims it still must use a bit of each color. WHY?? Even if you rarely use the color cartridges, they get used up just by using the balck color. And what is worse is that the printer won't print in black if there isn't color in even one of the color cartridges. This means you must continue to buy color ones, when you never used...

Worst printer
Strengths: nice print, good features
Weakness: error messages about jams when there are no jam, have to take the paper tray out many times before it will print
I would not recommend this printer. Every time I use it I have trouble - error message about jams when there are no jams. It just took me 30 minutes to copy 5 pages. Kept saying paper jams. I have had HP, Canon with never a problem like this. This adds many hours to your work.
Don't buy this printer.

Strengths: have never had a problem with this printer had it for almost a year does great pictures
Weakness: i found no weakness
used fax and copier/printer heavily and have had no problems prints great pictures would recommend this for anyone with small business from home very satisfied with this printer

Artisan 810 Mutifunction Printer
Strengths: Value for Money
Weakness: Service report is not good
I am using this product from last 2 months.Performance is good but after long continue usage it becomes hot from bottom.Their support team said its normal for every printer.Overall unsatisfied.The company must look after the negativities.

Epson 810- A very good printer
Strengths: Individual Ink Cartridges, good quality printers, easy to use WIFI, Scan/Print/Copy, dependable
Weakness: I would like larger ink cartridges that last longer
I've had my 810 for over a year and it's been one of the best printers I've had. I just bought a second one for my daughter for college. I highly recommend this unit for home / school purposes.
