Works perfectly for what I purchased item for!!! My grand daughters were very pleased with their Christmas gifts this year!!! Item works as described they love skype feature and music and game applications.

Strengths: IT HAS A CAMERA, YOU CAN GO ON THE INTERNET,ALSO DOWNLOAD SUPPER COOL APPS LIKE TEXT+ AND FACETIME. YOU CAN DO LOTS OF STUFF ON A IPOD TOUCH!

Weakness: You have to have wifi to go on the internet. Also you can't call peaple.

Strengths: It has an inside camera, an outside camera, had wi-fi, and lets you download all your favorite games and apps in seconds.

Weakness: None.

I had purchased the itouch 4 generation 8GB about 4 months back and I simply cannot live without it. I carry it everywhere I go. Initially I was appalled by the music quality it had. Having owned a Cowon player, it seems every other player is below par. However, a little research revealed how I could improve its playback quality. I got myself the eqU app for about $1 and what a difference it made. With a Klipsch S4 earphone, I no longer feel the need to take up my Cowon iAudio 9. This is my go to player now. On the flipside, I now feel sad that I did not invest into a 16 or 32 GB player because the effective storage space I get with this 8GB itouch is just 6GB. That's about 1100 songs or so. Well, will soon upgrade to a 16GB 5th gen. I certainly would recommend this to my friends and family members. If music is your necessity but you would like to have access to the internet and play games, itouch is perfect for you. Apple rocks!!!!
