Terrible Printer
Strengths: Looks great, lots of features, very small footprint
Weakness: VERY Flakey over wi-fi, two sided printing doesn't work well, slow, Mac Software is terrible
I have been using HP printers for more than 20 years, this printer was the "nail in the coffin". The last 3 HP printers I've owned have been steadily getting worse than the excellent HP Officeject 500 I bought in the late 90's. I bought this printer 7 months ago at Best Buy. Ours has been reliable
Strengths: cheap for the feature seteasy setupreasonable ink costs compared to others
Weakness: print qualityslow
OK printer for the money we paid and at least it isn't constantly pumping ink to keep the head flushed like our old epson. Nice operator control panel and usb on front is nice. Wife loves the wi-fi printing from her macbook pro. No software for old macbooks. Double sided printing seems to work well but we've only used it a few times.

Weakness: Slow, loses connection with computer and requires rebooting, worst instructions ever
This is without question the worst printer I have ever bought. It promised everything, but delivers little. It is incredibly slow. Every ten minutes it wants to align the cartridges, but the alignment always fails if I allow it to continue. It sometimes loses track of printing and stops in the middle of a document. The solution is to reboot the entire system. I will never ever again buy another...

excellent printer
I am very pleased with this purchase. It is compact and user friendly. The two-sided printing saves paper. It also, appears to not use alot of ink. The web and e-print are great options if needed. The only suggestion of improvement is to reduce noise level with printing.
