THE GOOD: The LaCie 2big USB 3.0 is fast, has a great design, and includes a PCI-e USB 3.0 add-in card. Its extremely easy to change the drive from one RAID configuration to another. THE BAD: The 2big is rather bulky and comparatively expensive. THE BOTTOM LINE: The LaCie 2big USB 3.0 is an overall excellent external hard drive.
